Where can I find my Username/Customer ID?
Your Customer ID can be found on the website you were registered to under “My Account”. In case you have forgotten your website access, please contact us via the “Contact Us” page and we will check how we can support you and to clarify your case.
How do I cancel my Membership?
If you fill in the contact form or use our other forms of offered communication we will review your membership and support you in the cancellation process
Why do I get still billed after a Test Membership?
All customers are informed about terms and conditions of their purchase at the point of sale, the general terms and conditions on the site of purchase and in the email that was sent to the customer immediately after sale to the registered email address.
